Convenient location, short walk from train station and supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Henrik, who was kind to moms with babies. Comfortable rooms with nice amenities like reading lamps and chairs. Delicious fish dinner and excellent breakfast buffet. Free parking and kid-friendly facilities.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right near train stations which was fantastic for getting around. The commute to Stockholm Centralstation was only 10-15 minutes, making it very convenient. the hotel is situated right next to the Trade Fair, which was a bonus for us as we attended an event there.
That the electric plugs were not easily accessible, being located under the table and the bed. It would have been more convenient if they were in more accessible locations.

This hotel had everything I needed for a great stay. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get to the city center in just 10-15 minutes.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, a big plus. The free parking was also fantastic, especially in a busy city. the location was great with easy access to public transportation and key attractions.
The hotel felt quite old and outdated. The overall energy and appearance of the place was not very inviting.

We had a comfortable stay at this place. The hotel is conveniently located, with the train station just 300 mts away, providing easy access to public transportation. The staff offered exceptional service, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry always on point. The room amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV, provided us with enhanced comfort. Moreover, the hotel had some great leisure facilities, including a sauna and a fitness center, that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.
It was unfortunate that the breakfast area felt a little crowded and rushed, but still offered a good breakfast selection. However, we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay with excellent service, quality amenities, and great leisure facilities.

Strong wifi and decent spread for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from the station. Staff was accommodating by packing a takeaway breakfast for us. Comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Good hotel restaurant.

The hotel offered a great deal on the 3-day train pass for buses/tram/subway, making it convenient and affordable to explore the city. We also appreciated the helpful and sympathetic staff, who assisted us during the SAS strike and even provided us with breakfast to-go. The sauna and fitness room were a nice bonus for relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing. a comfortable and friendly hotel with great access to transport. We would definitely stay here again.
